Measure/Template:  We measure your job (kitchen, bath, etc.) using a laser templating system, which provides us with extremely accurate raw data that we then convert into a finished drawing using the computer program AutoCAD. The drawing of your job then goes directly from the AutoCAD program to our Allen Spooler--a machine that makes a life-size plastic template of your job. These methods allow us to manufacture to extremely tight tolerances for a beautiful finished project.

Fabrication:  The template that we have created for your job is laid directly on your stone slab and used to align our laser- guided saw. After the saw has cut the pieces of your countertop to size, the edges are then finished by skilled craftsmen using primarily hand tools. The laser guided saw gives us enviable accuracy; the hand finishing adds the human touch needed to produce a truly unique project.

Installation:  Our install crews are courteous and skilled, you would expect no less of them, but what may surprise you is the care we take to ensure that your job site or home is spotless when we finish the installation. Your floors will be covered during the installation process to protect them, and cleaned again before we leave. Your new countertops will be wiped down and ready for use. In the case of Granite tops, they will be sealed and wiped down.
